Description TECHNICAL AREA The present invention relates generally to a back support for toilet glasses (WC), especially to the Swiss market. TECHNOLOGICAL BACKGROUND To defecate, the human needs to put himself in a proper position to expel the feces. That's why, for decades, we commonly use toilets (or "WC"), which toilets are typically equipped with a seat and a flip-up bezel comprising a lid and a flap. The position typically adopted to defecate is reasonably adequate, but lack of comfort. There is therefore a need to improve the comfort of use of toilets (WC). STATEMENT OF THE INVENTION A general object of the present invention is to improve the comfort of use of toilets (WC). More particularly, an object of the present invention is to provide a solution to provide better back comfort to the user and thus improve the comfort of use. The present invention fulfills these purposes by providing a back support for toilet seat (WC) whose characteristics are listed in claim 1, namely such a back support comprising a bearing section intended to come into contact with a dorsal portion of a user of said toilet and an attachment system configured to make the back support secured to an inner face of a lid of said bezel. An advantage of the proposed dorsal support lies in the fact that the comfort is increased, which is particularly beneficial for pregnant women, or anyone who wants or must rely on the telescope. The bearing section preferably comprises a compressible support foam, which may advantageously be a shape memory support foam. The support section may further comprise an outer coating, in particular an outer coating which is removable for the purpose of allowing its cleaning and / or replacement. Advantageously, this outer coating forms a protective cover for the aforementioned support foam. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the fastening system comprises a plurality of fastening elements intended to provide a detachable connection, namely non-permanent, with the inner face of the cover and a corresponding plurality. mounting members configured to attach said plurality of attachment members to a backrest base. This plurality of fastening elements may in particular be constituted by suction elements or magnetic elements. The present invention also relates to a toilet (WC) comprising a seat and a folding bezel mounted on said seat and comprising in particular a cover movable relative to said seat between an open position and a closed position, which folding bezel is equipped a back support according to the invention disposed on an inner face of said cover. This back support is preferably sized so that it can be fully housed within an opening formed through the bezel when said lid is moved to the closed position. [0013] Other aspects of the invention are set out later in this description. SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The features and advantages of the present invention will appear more clearly on reading the following detailed description of embodiments of the invention, which are presented only by way of non-limiting examples and are illustrated by the accompanying drawings. where: FIG. 1 shows a schematic perspective view of toilet (WC) customary comprising a seat and a folding bezel mounted on said seat and including a cover movable relative to said seat; fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view of a back support according to a preferred embodiment of the invention; fig. 3 is a perspective view of the back support of FIG. 2 in assembled configuration; fig. 4 is a perspective view of a plurality of fastening elements, in this case elements with suction cup forming attachment system, and intended to provide a detachable connection of the back support with an inner face of the lid of the folding bezel; and FIG. 5 is a schematic perspective view of a toilet (WC) according to the illustration of FIG. 1 where the folding bezel is equipped with a backrest according to FIGS. 2 to 4 disposed on the inner face of the lid of the folding bezel. MODES FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The present invention will be described with reference to various preferred embodiments as illustrated in particular by Figs. 1 to 5. FIG. 1 shows a schematic perspective view of a toilet (WC), generally designated by the reference numeral 10, comprising a seat 20 and a folding window 15 mounted on said seat 20 and comprising in particular a cover 17 movable relative to said seat 20 between a closed position and an open position. Fig. 1 illustrates more particularly the lid 17 in the partially open position. The folding bezel 15 further comprises, conventionally, a flap 16 provided with a through opening 16A that can be selectively moved to be positioned on the seat 20, as shown, or be raised, with the cover 17. The flap 16 and the cover 17 forms a folding bezel assembly 15 which is conventionally mounted on the seat 20 to pivot about a hinge mechanism (not shown). Note that the reference numeral 17A designates an inner face of the cover 17 which, when the cover 17 is moved in the closed position, is positioned on the flap 16 to close the through opening 16A. FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of a back support, generally designated by the numeral 30, according to a preferred embodiment of the invention. This back support 30 generally comprises a bearing section 31/32 intended to come into contact with a back portion of a toilet user (WC) 10 and an attachment system 35, 35A, 35B configured to make the back support 30 secured to the inner face 17A of the cover 17 of the telescope 15. More specifically, the bearing section 31/32 comprises a compressible support foam 32, which may advantageously be a shape memory support foam. Although the illustration in fig. 2 shows a support foam 32 having a substantially cylindrical shape, any other suitable form could be envisaged. In particular, the outer surface of the support foam 32 intended to bear on the dorsal portion of the user could have a non-planar shape, preferably an ergonomic shape conforming to a morphology typical of the dorsal portion of the user. This external surface could moreover be adapted case by case to the morphology of each user to ensure optimum comfort. According to the illustrated embodiment, the bearing section 31/32 further comprises an outer coating 31, which forms here a protective cover for the support foam 32. This outer covering 31 may in particular be designed to be removable for cleaning and / or replacement. This outer covering 31 may be made of any suitable material, in particular fabric, leather, synthetic material or any other material having similar properties. This outer covering 31 may, if necessary, be decorated and / or bear inscriptions. The back support 30 of FIG. 2 further comprises a base 33, here in the form of a substantially circular support plate, which may for example be made of wood or any other suitable material, for example plastic. The bearing section 31/32 can be secured to the base 33 by various means, for example by gluing. FIG. 2 also shows that the fastening system 35, 35A, 35B includes in this example a plurality of fasteners 35 and a corresponding plurality of mounting members 35A, 35B configured to secure the plurality of fasteners 35 to the base 33. The plurality of attachment member 35, here four in number, is intended to provide a detachable connection (ie non-permanent) of the back support 30 with the inner face 17A of the cover 17 , and is advantageously constituted in this example of suction elements. In this example, the mounting elements 35A, 35B consist of four pairs of male and female mounting members 35A, 35A, which are threaded elements 35A secured to the fasteners 35 cooperating with threaded members. 35B made integral with the base 33. Any other suitable mounting system could however be envisaged to allow the attachment of the plurality of fastening elements 35 to the base 33. FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the back support 30 of FIG. 2 in assembled configuration, the support foam 32 being housed inside the aforementioned coating 31. Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the plurality of fasteners 35, secured to the threaded elements 35A. As illustrated in FIG. 5, the back support 30 can thus be affixed to the inner face 17A of the cover 17 of the folding bezel 15 by means of the fastening system 35, 35A, 35B. As soon as the cover 17 is placed in the open position, as illustrated in FIG. 5, the back support 30 can thus fulfill its function, namely to offer a better back comfort to the user sitting on the flap 16 and which can bear on the section 31/32 of the back support 30. The back support 30 may be dimensioned so as to be fully housed within the through opening 16A when the cover 17 is moved in the closed position, on the flap 16. It will be understood in general that various modifications and / or improvements obvious to those skilled in the art can be made to the embodiments described in this description without departing from the scope of the invention defined by the appended claims. By way of example, one could imagine replacing the suction elements with other suitable fastening elements, for example magnetic elements, which would then require a magnetic interaction with the inner surface 17A of the cover 17. by means of an appropriate choice of material or the addition of dedicated fastening elements on the inner face 17A of the cover 17.
